Conducting a culinary coaching session is easier with established system. Using the forms given, you will be able to plan and implement your session with ease. Click task 1 button.
Lifetick – This is a free web-based service for setting and tracking personal goals. We encourage you to explore the site and familiarize yourself with it before you use it for your clients.

Dr. Blecenda Varona will discuss on important tips to sustain plant-based diet from purchasing to food preparation.

Dr. Mechelle Palma will provide the interactive online activity through google classroom. Topics to be covered are posted in the summit preconference page. Tasks will be posted and completion are expected at a given period of time. You will receive an invitation to join the remote class through email.
