​Dr. Fernan has a Master’s degree in Public Health, majoring in Lifestyle Medicine, and has also undergone a rigid training program for lifestyle medicine coaching.  She is currently the Director of Medical Education and Consultant at the Clinical Lifestyle Medicine Center of the Adventist Medical Center-Bacolod.  Dr. Fernan is the Chair of the Education Committee, Treasurer, Faculty of the Lifestyle Medicine Coaching Course and the Lifestyle Medicine Competency Course of the Philippine College of Lifestyle Medicine.
