​​Dr. Leilani Apostol Nicodemus holds a distinguished position in the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians. She is the Chair of the Residency Training Program of the PAFP.

Among her achievements are being the Most Outstanding Young Family Physician in 2011 and the Best Poster Presenter (Merit Award) 4th Asia Pacific Medical Education Conference in 2007 in Singapore.
