Dr. Manueal obtained his medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas, and pursued his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital. He was the former Dean of the College of Physical Therapy, St. Paul University – Iloilo. He is a chairperson at the Bacolod Adventist Medical Center, the Bacolod Our Lady Of Mercy Specialists Hospital, the Riverside Medical Center, and as well as at the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Menorial Regional Hospital. He also practices at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at The Doctor’s Hospital Bacolod, at the South Bacolod General Hospital, and at the Metro Bacolod Hospital and Medical Center.
