LIFESTYLE MEDICINE PHYSICIAN OF THE YEAR
Recognizes the exemplary efforts exerted by a member physician of the PCLM in advancing lifestyle medicine in the community and among their peers. This award is given to the physician who consistently achieves high standards in the practice of lifestyle medicine. Criteria: At least 2 years in active LM practice Diplomate of the PCLM/IBLM Active clinical, community and LM advocacy activities Active PCLM Member |

Recognizes the passion and hard work of an individual/group not in the medical field in promoting health to their/ its chosen community. Criteria: • Program sustainability over a defined period of time • Allocation of resources • Creative, efficient use of available resources during the program duration • Population benefitting • How many pillars of LM are being touched/promoted by the program/ activity |

LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT ADVOCATE OF HEALTH
Recognizes the activities and programs of an LGU in promoting preventive health to its constituents, and/ or having a proactive stance in tackling current health issues in its locality. Criteria: • Program sustainability over a defined period of time • Allocation of resources • Creative, efficient use of available resources during the program duration • Population benefitting • How many pillars of LM are being touched/promoted by the program/ activity |
